The Summer of '19 heralds M{IF}'s 2-year anniversary and the return of the Society of Cinema. We invite to an evening of food, stand-up, and biting satire!

The evening begins with an interactive Stand-up by Arvind Ramachandran, exploring "The need for satire and humour in Art as an essential tool of survival";

We kickstart the second iteration of the M{if}SOCIETY OF CINEMA by screening FOUR LIONS (2010). Directed by Christopher Morris, the film balances gallows humour, slapstick, satire and melancholy with terrorism and suicide bombers. Needless to say, it was controversial upon its 2010 release in the UK due to the stark contrast between its tone and subject matter.
